These Terms govern the use of the Site and the request of appointments. The Site does not provide medical advice. Content is informational only. Clinical assessments and treatment plans are provided by licensed therapists after an in-person evaluation.

3. Booking & cancellations

  • Booking requests sent via the Site are not confirmed until our staff contacts you and schedules a time.
  • We may send appointment confirmations or reminders by WhatsApp/SMS after the appointment is created.
  • Please notify us of cancellations/rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late arrivals may reduce session length to avoid impacting other patients.

4. Prices & services

Prices shown on the Site may change and are informative. Final pricing depends on the service variant (e.g., 30/50/90 minutes) agreed at booking and any ongoing promotions. We may update services and prices without prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operation.
  • Do not submit unlawful, abusive, promotional, or automated content.

6. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, and media on the Site are our property or used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the materials without prior written consent.
